Additionally, Joanne Nikitakis, senior director of Cosmetic Chemistry, discusses the labeling requirements and regulations of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as well as the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act, with special emphasis on ingredient declaration requirements and INCI nomenclature.
